《林霄阙职能部名称调整事宜》
各相关管理、基层玩家并营地直属各部：
为进一步规范内设机构称谓，厘清职责边界，防范因名称表述引发的歧义，经研究决定，现就“林霄阙市政厅”及其衍生称谓调整事项通知如下：
一、自即日起，原“【营地】林霄阙市政厅”“林霄阙市政厅”等称谓一律停止使用。
二、上述机构统一更名为“林霄阙职能处”，作为营地最高权力执行机构，专司政策落实、资源统筹、综合服务及监督考核等职能，不再对外使用任何带有“市政”字样的表述。
三、更名后，原印章、文头、标牌、线上线下的机构标识等，须在一周内完成清理替换；涉及对外合作协议、制度文件、数据报表等，沿用不做更改，后续内容强制执行。
四、各部要提升站位，把准定位，迅速将本次更名精神传达到全体管理，切实做到思想不乱、工作不断、队伍不散、干劲不减。后续任何管理和个人不得擅自沿用旧称。
五、本决定自2025年11月4日起施行，由营地职能处负责解释。

《Matters Concerning the Adjustment of the Names of Functional Departments in Lin Xiaoque》
To: All Relevant Managers, Grass-roots Players, and Departments Directly under the Camp
To further standardize the designations of internal bodies, clarify responsibility boundaries, and prevent misunderstandings arising from the use of names, the following decision is hereby notified concerning the adjustment of the designation “Linxiaoque Municipal Hall” and its derivatives:
- With immediate effect, the former designations “[Camp] Linxiaoque Municipal Hall” and “Linxiaoque Municipal Hall” are discontinued.
- The above body is renamed, uniformly, as the “Linxiaoque Functional Office”. It will serve as the camp’s supreme executive authority, charged solely with policy implementation, resource co-ordination, integrated services, and supervision & assessment. Henceforth no outward-facing designation containing the word “municipal” shall be used.
- Within one week of this renaming, all former seals, letterheads, signboards, and both online and offline institutional logos must be removed and replaced. Existing co-operation agreements, institutional documents, and data reports may continue to be used unchanged; all future content shall be issued exclusively under the new designation.
- All departments are to raise their perspective, fix their position, and promptly convey the spirit of this renaming to every manager, ensuring that thinking remains undisturbed, work uninterrupted, teams intact, and drive undiminished. No body or individual may thereafter use the former designation without authorization.
- This decision takes effect on 4 November 2025 and shall be interpreted by the Camp Functional Office.
